VidSnaply is a free, web-based tool that allows users to extract and download publicly accessible media (primarily video) from supported social media platforms and websites. The Service analyzes URLs provided by users, extracts direct media stream links from the source platform, and facilitates download of that media to the user's device. VidSnaply does not host, store, index, or redistribute media content.

3. Permitted Use

You may use VidSnaply to:

4. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use VidSnaply to:

  • Download private, restricted, or access-controlled content
  • Redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit downloaded content without proper authorization
  • Circumvent digital rights management (DRM) protections
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to interact with the Service at scale
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service's infrastructure
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws

5. User Responsibility

The VidSnaply name, logo, and website design are the property of VidSnaply and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Third-Party Platforms & Services

VidSnaply interacts with third-party social media platforms to extract media metadata and stream links. We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or terms of service of these third-party platforms. Your use of content from these platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service. These Terms do not override or replace the terms of any third-party platform.

8. Service Availability

VidSnaply is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access to the Service. Platform compatibility may change without notice as third-party platforms update their systems. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
